The service
AllYes, provided by Dmitrii Dovgei, helps friends record voluntary goals, habits and plans. It is not a payment, escrow, gambling or legal-signature service. We do not collect or transfer money between participants or enforce rewards. An agreed goal and its progress are self-reported; photos are not independent verification. Do not use the app for dangerous, unlawful or coercive activities.
Your account and content
Use your own Apple account, keep invitations private and share only content you own or have permission to share. You remain responsible for your content. You permit us to store and display it as needed to operate your Pacts for their participants. You can report a Pact or block a participant through Safety. Blocking hides shared Pacts from your feed; it does not erase the history held by other participants. Account deletion is available in Profile. Deleting the app alone does not delete your server account.
Free access and AllYes Pro
Free access allows up to three active Pacts that you create. Joining a friend's invitation is free and does not use that creation allowance. AllYes Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription for unlimited active Pacts you create, history export to PDF and the Classic theme. The individual agreement PDF, shared progress and basic statistics do not require Pro. Classic can also unlock after three genuinely completed Pacts.
Billing, cancellation and restoration
The localized price and period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Use Restore on the Pro screen with the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. Deleting AllYes or your AllYes account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Availability and license
Shared Pacts need an internet connection and the service may be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of important agreements. AllYes is not medical, legal or financial advice and does not guarantee a particular outcome. The app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
